    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    Every lamp is handcrafted to order, so please allow 5 to 10 business days of crafting time before your order ships. Once it leaves Morocco, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the rest of the way.

    How long does production and delivery take in total?

    Most orders are ready to ship within 5 to 10 business days, and international shipping typically adds another 1 to 3 weeks depending on your country. You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your piece leaves our workshop.

    Do you deliver to my country?

    Yes, we ship worldwide directly from Morocco. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

    Can I choose the finish or size of my lamp?

    Most of our designs are available in four finishes, Gold, Cooper, Silver and Black, and several are offered in multiple sizes. You can select these options directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    This depends on the courier used in your country. Many deliveries do not require a signature, but for higher-value orders our courier may ask for one. Your tracking email will tell you what to expect.
