Glow of Morocco is a Moroccan brass lighting brand. We bring authentic, hand-pierced craftsmanship from Morocco to homes around the world. To do this, we work directly with artisan workshops in Morocco. There, each chandelier, table lamp and wall light is shaped and pierced by hand, one perforation at a time.

How Glow of Morocco Started

Glow of Morocco began with a simple observation. Hand-pierced brass lighting is a craft passed down through generations of Moroccan artisans. Yet it was hard to find outside of Morocco in a form that suited modern homes. So we set out to change that. Instead of mass manufacturers, we chose to work directly with small workshops. As a result, every piece keeps its handmade character.

We want to share Morocco’s brass-working heritage. To do this, we combine centuries-old technique with a design that fits modern homes.

How We Work

Every design starts as a flat brass sheet. An artisan then hand-pierces it using small chisels and punches, a technique closely related to other traditional Moroccan crafts. Because each piece is made to order rather than mass-produced, we can offer four finishes: Gold, Cooper, Silver and Black. This also means we keep the handmade irregularities that give each lamp its character.
